I looked in my datapad, there still is the yacht in there... but it doesn't appear when I go to the ship terminal.

Is your new station access account using the same user login as your original account? Do you have access to your old characters (if you left them undeleted)? I heard something about the access system counting as a new account, if that's true you would be a new player and would have to wait the 3/6/12 months to be able to claim the veteran rewards.
You can try opening a ticket with customer service and see if they can get you any more information.

No, I still have all my old characters. It's just that I can't use my yacht, (explained above) but I still see the deed in my bank... yet to test that though. I did the claim command but it says all are used already. I suspect it COULD be that a 'friend' of mine used my veteran rewards off of another server, but I don't think it is, considering the state my yacht stuff is in.

Okay, I've had this game for about a year and 1/4... and I recently cancelled my 12 month subscription, about two months ago, coming back recently on a station access.
Apparently, I cannot use my old veteran reward multi-passenger ship anymore nor can I use any of the newer veteran rewards that came out while I was gone. Why is this?

try using the deed to generate another ship then try checking the terminal

type /getV, it should tell you how many days you have been playing, so you'll know if your account counts as a new one or not. Anyways i would try and contact a CSR to get it fixxed for you.
