Seems alot of +14s/15s being sold at the moment and Ive heard all from the same place. Anyone have an insight into the POI or NPC - and its not nyax, NS, etc


Any thoughts?

I have looted +20s from high end factional NPCs at player bases (the 90k+ Ham ones)
