Thread: Not all Vet rewards show up

I qualify to recieve the 2 yr reward, and i see the death star hologram in my reward list but i dont see the figurine case or the fireplace thats listed at the Rewards page

anyone else have this problem? or know how to resolve it?

I think they are only out on Test Centre at the moment - they aren't live yet.

Aye, they are only on Test Center, if you want them wait untilthe next publishbefore you take your rewards

That explains it, I talked to a CSR about this first and he claimed i didnt qualify for a fireplace when the death star hologram appeared in my claim options and told me i'd need to wait a few days to qualify for a 2 yr reward. Hmm..
Im guessing the CSR probaly doesnt realize its on Test Center either, where do they get these people?
