hi,

Is the cyber arm with rez a random reward from myyydril quest ? because I had done nearly the whole quest and at this level ( the queen is dead) my reward from the chief need to be a sword + the arm and only the sword has been given -_- (no my inventory is not full). That's really sad to know it's an eventual bug because I had done everything now only for this arms with rez ability , so people if you got info thinks to fill the post

Just one per group of missions though. I only had to kill it twice for the Rez arm, where is the third one?

Once your done the chiefs quests, you need to talk to the nurse again, then she sends you to the doctor, then once his quests are all done talk to the nurse again, on her very last mission you get the rez arm. You end up having to kill the queen bug twice.

actually if you do it right you can kill the queen once and satsify the 2 missions just do the cheifs up to the queen then talk to the nurse and do her stuff till you get to mission to kill the queen and then you only need to kill once and will complete both missions
