Hi. Newbie here.

I've looted a couple of weird items and I have no idea what to do with them. For instance, I foundbattery. Can I use it to add power to my harvestor? What can it be used for?

lol,

No that would make too much sense.

Can't remember which but those are used to make a magical machine that takes lots of different resources and makes then a single type of bad resource or it's used to make a machine for reading scratched CD's

I'm assuming it was called "Datapad Battery" as I've looted several of these, especially lately. It is a component to fix a broken datapad. After you fix the datapad, you need to fix a corrupted disk to use in it. It takes a long time to round up all the parts because most are fairly rare, and after all that hard work, all you end up with is a bit of useless fiction. It would be a lot cooler, IMO, if they made the components drop way often, so you wouldn't feel like it was such a waste.

Alternatively, it could be a "Small Copper Battery" which is a component for recyclers as stated above.

Thanks for the info! I can't remember what type of battery it was, but I soon will.
