I saw an imperial banner (its an imperial flag) in someones house. Does anyone know where these can be found.

try mailing the house owner to ask.. never heard of any quests that give these out but i'd love to get one.

If the house is not part of a player city, it's probably a Rebel destroy mission that spawned inside the house. I dont think you can actively put them there. Check back after a server reboot, and see if they are still there.

Faction banners were supposed to be a faction perk that only a overt could buy from the recruiters....I dont know if this is still around or maybe that was one bought back before all the patches....I have not seen any but that was part of the original discription of faction perks.....

Imperial Banners are given as a reward for voting for the Defender of Bestine in the new patch. As far as I know it is only on test center right now.

The guy you need to vote for is Victor, when he wins you can go claim a banner from him. you can also get TIE Fighter Suits and AT-AT Suits as rewards for doing the Emperors retreat missions.
