Items And Loot Archive

I have killed tons of npcs in the past week and I have yet to find any items recently that would go to a picture item or a loot kit. I am curious whether the items still exist or if they were taken out recently. I have been killing rebels, wondering if I need to kill neutral NPC's to get the items.

A response on this would greatly help.

no they dont still drop...only piece that is still available is blue rug adhesive as a quest reward which is kinda pointless since the other 9 parts needed arent still available

Meh, I am pretty disappointed at that. Better junk like that, which can be used for decor and other things, than the looted weapons and the OH SO LOVELY broken datapads i get every 30 or so kills. Seriously, better the loot kits than these SOE.
