Two questions.

Do speed SEA's work anymore? I heard some people say yes and some say no.

Do the Ubese shirts take CA's or AA's?

Ubese Shirts take CA and SEA speed work depend if its for Jedi or nop.

About Jedi LS and SEA speed its break at base and only add 25dps if yu have +25 speed. Useless.

Ummm mod speed doesnt ALWAYS work but does sometimes and the mods from the ca's are NOT the issue.. they work fine, its another codeing issue that causes you to not attk at your at mod speed but at your base wepon speed. Like i say sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt , its very inconsistant but i know i attack faster with my LS mods 80% of the time or better... if they didnt work at all none of us would be useing them.

Not really. Ubese shirts can't take either AAs or CAs post-CU. They don't have sockets anymore. Pre-CU shirts I believe could take AAs.
