Yes, yes, I hear this all the time. Problem is, I have run the neutral destroy vette more than 20 times, checked all the loot boxes every time, and gotten NOTHING! All I ever get is berries or low lvl weapons.Nothing even worth it.
you checked all 4 loot boxes? there is one armoire by itself, and then you have the armoire and the defunct droid together, and then you finally have the armoire that is stashed in the armory which you need the code for, 9 times out of ten the powerplant is either in the armory or in the droid or the armoire next to it

All the power plants i have found have been in loot drop 1 or 2.
How many times have you gone up, how long ago did you loot them,and how many powerplants have you looted?

Last time i looted a powercore was about 10 days ago
and how many powerplants have you looted?
Umm 7 i think. So around one every 4-5 trips.
