Which basically means they're useless. In the many months I was a Master CM I never had a Bio-Suppression DOT not stick. Perhaps they are worthwhile during the grinding process or if you don't have Master in general. Notice this is not the same thing as Chemical Warfare. Those do not often stick though they do so much more often once Master. I bought a +25 Chemical Warfare Efficency SEA. I did not notice any significant improvement for having it. Wasted creds. But again maybe it helps when actually grinding or not Master.
