You can get adhesives off factional NPCs and low-level city spawn thugs.

VERY lowlevel mobs.

meatlumps, ragtag kooks.

beware, if you gonna hunt these mobs, you'll loot 99% of trash as well.
in that case make sure you have a almost empty inventory.

i got a question for you anyone looted anything from a lootkit i havent seen a thing no numbered pieces adhesive or unnumbered pieces since the patches and theloot abortion
