Axkva Min spawns once at reset bottom of the cave at the NS Stronghold POI.

She is at the bottom of the cave at the Nightsister Stronghold. However, catching her there is particularly difficult due to the fact that she only spawns once every 24 hours, if I'm not mistaken.

the entrance isin front of the stronghold entrance, close to the POI for the stronghold.
you can't miss it, once you find it you will be embarassed you didn't see it in the first place lol
