Has anybody had any luck finding blue wires? I looted one when the recycler schematics first went live from a Binyare Hooligan, since then I have found none. I thought I had finally hit the jackpot yesterday after the server reset when I found a Binyare Hooligan static spawn outside Dearic on Talus. However my joy was shortlived as I got nothing but junk for the two hours I was there.
So, I guess I am just looking for some confirmation that the hooligans are still dropping or if they have run out of blue wires.

Yep hooligans do drop blue wiresbut i also looted one from a ruffian..which is rather strange...they usually drop heating elements(when they drop them that is)...My char on Farstar took 2 blues from hooligans and 1 from a ruffian..took me a week to get them.......and to get 4 heating elements took me a week and a half approx
and thats like tanking the bunker for like 5 hours a day........the loot system is really knackard...my next task is to loot spinner blades from hidden daggers on coro......25+ missions so far and nothing

Spinner Blades...
I have had 5 ppl huning for one buff session, i have hunted for more that 4 buffsessions...that gives at least 300 missions....and i have 1 spinnerblade.....good luck

Thx m8 another 275 to go then?..........mind i dont know why i want them...ihave a metal recycler and the end product after smelting metals together has realy crap stats.....typical!!..........The devs come out with something so cool yet managed to turn it into something sousless lol....i use it for decor now

To use for what?.....with stats of 200 not really good for making anything really.....will the other recyclers have same stats?

Yep,all recyclers will just be giving stats of 200 across the board. The main use for this is to combine small stacks and then use or sell them for making things that don't require high stats or for grinding resources.

BEFORE the pub 13-13.1 loot F-up they were dropping off Binyare hooligans.. all of the recycler scchematic loot drops are hosed. I have gotten some of the datadisk repair and the other 'junk kit' items.
WHEN they fix the loot, the BEST way to get blue wires is drive around Dearic about 500 meters out looking for Binyare Hooligan spawn. I hearthese spawnschange at server reset, but there are always some static spawnsabout500 meters out (like the thug spawns in town and closer to town).The first time I went looking fora Binyare Hooligan spawn I found it, but your mileage may vary. I got *18* blue wires and about *20* grey viewscreens in no time at a spawn of 3 that would continually respawn

I finally found a static spawn of Binyare Hooligans outside Dearic, spent about thirty minutes or so there and got six blue wires. Does anyone know if the recycler schematics are still having problems during crafting?
