Thread: Gorax dropping?

Searched for the answer, and mostly goth whine threads (search gods hate me). Are Gorax dropping shards again? I really want to hunt them with the GF (she's never seen them, hehe) But trashing our armor with not even a potential for something is kind of unappealing. Any wordguys?

I'd really like to answer that question, but I'm gonna have to find my first Gorax yet. Looked anywhere (on Endor) but i just can't seem to find one. Any help? Static spawns? Spawn area's? ...... Tnx

I thought it was rummored this particular hard butt creature was only supposed to spawn every 3 months however I highly doubt it. Spawn planets from what I can tell from reports are on endor, lok (maybe :/ ), and deffinately yavin4. Best thing to do is contract out a ranger and just start scanning very remote regions. I was on starsider when we found one towards the very top N and to the west a bit in the dry desert region.

northern part of endor-it dropped bone shards in 13.1 dont know how its in 14

i killed one moderately recently.. i think since 13.1, but not since 14.0 and i got base shards.

Endor is the ONLY place that you can find them, and it is best to look on the plains in the northern part of endor. Sounds like they might be dropping then, I'll have to head out and break some armor lol

Supposedly most of the high end loot content was borked, but they fixed NS and Krayt drops this morning. Good news for you and your Lady Friend, mayhaps?

Another useful way to actually FIND a Gorax is to make a macro that looks something like this:
/target Gorax
/pause 1
/macro (macro name)
Eventually you'll pull up a HAM bar with the ugly feller's name on it. That's in case your vid card doesn't render him bfore you drive past. I use it all the time to check if the Acklay's in the Geno Cave, and don't bother going unless he is. Too bad he doesn't drop leet bones anymore

I was riding around the northern desert on Endor yesterday and saw 3 of these things, I always thought they were kinda rare. oh well guess not anymore.
Saw loads of Stoneskin Hanadacks as well, they were all over the place.

I got bones recently on 2 outta 4 gorax kills.
one dropped 4 @ 56 dmg, next 11 @ 30 dmg
