Death Star? It would be nice to have a holo of that. Would look good in a Roleplaying Weapons Development Center.

Is that one that was a Screenshot OTD with the Emperor one? If so, where you get that? That is tje shiznit x10

The Avatar is in Kashyyyk space, I don't know all the details as I haven't been there yet. I do know that one way to get there starts with a series of quests that you access by speaking with Boshaz in the western Slaver camp in the Kachiro zone.

That one is a hologram you use to speak with the Emporer during the Imperial version of the Clone Armor quest. As far as I know it's not a reward.

You get the Star Destroyer holo from completeing Dr. price's mission - starts upstairs in the starport at Kachiro, ends on Avatar Platform.

The Imperial symbol is acquired by doing the quest for the Imperial Guard TIE Intercepter. The Star Destroyer, Death Star and Jellyfish are from the Avatar Space Station.
