Okay, just tonight was when I started hunting Krayts on purpose. I've managed to kill (after several cloner trips) 4 Grand Krayts at the Krayt Graveyard POI.

I've looted nothing and wondered if the loot is only from higher levels of Krayt? All I find are the Grand Krayts and haven't seen any Ancients. I've driven around and stopped to look around the surrounding terrain to find some bigger ones, but can't.

Any help appreciated.

Ive killed in the graveyard POI too but they dont drop anything, well they can drop but it seems to take forever to kill one with a drop witch seems to be only crap anyway. So i drive around old school to find Krayts and get good loot.

Have never had loot from a Grand Krayt also, even pre-CU.

I have mainly got decent(ish) Loot from aincent krayts.



SOE are the best BH's in the world they killed off every jedi in the universe with one idea.
If carlsberg ran a server it would be a pre-cu.

The first Juvie I killed I got 6 x 160+ tissues....

Get out of the graveyard. After killing over 20 (stopped counting out of anger) my group got one drop off an ancient.


We then moved out to the wilds and looted tissues, scales, and cores off them. About two out of three dropped something.

I had the same problem with the ones at the POI. But I only got to 11 kills before I gave up.


Where are the other good hunting spots?

Hmmm... venturing out I guess is the order. Probably enlisting the help of a Ranger would be in order?

Grand and Adolescent Krayts don't drop loot.

the krayts north at the top of the krayt graveyard do not try loot.
They are a static spawn and always there, usually 3 or 4 of them piled on top of each other. So far this is the only spot to find Grand Krayts, so atm Grand Krayts do not drop loot.

Okay, I wandered around tonight and found my fair share of Krayts.

Numerous victories with a couple trips to the cloner.

I killed a number of Ancients and Canyon Krayts. I also got my Ancient Krayt Hunter badge!

These are the Krayts that drop loot.

Ancient

Giant

Canyon

Juvenile

These are the Krayts that do not at all drop any loot (according to experience and a popular post here on Krayts)

Grande

Adolescent
