Are the Motors not needed to make them anymore..I see alot of people hawking the Schematics.. but not the motors for them so how would peopel get em made with out it..

You still need the AV-21 Power Plant to make an AV-21.
The reason people are 'hawking' the schematics is that they cannot possibly use allof them without access to as many Power Plants. Or in other words, the schematics are common.
The schematic is the reward given to everyone involved in completing a corvette mission (which there could be 8 of on any given mission) and the Power Plant is aloot(which there could be a max of 4 of, but they usually drop about 1 every 3 corvettes, in my experience).
So even doing corvettes solo, you still generally end up with three times as many schematics in the galaxy as Power Plants.

you still need the pp's, but now mDefender's can get them pretty easily.
