Thread: Wild Force Shard issues

I have both Wild Force Shards, the Offensive and the Defensive one
when I use the Offensive one I get a cooldown timer on both the Offensive AND the Defensive one, without using the Defensive one...
anyone know more about this?
bug or intended this way? if intended there is no need to put 2 different ones ingame or at least no need to allow one person to get them both...

This was intended. To prevent rich people from buying tons of these new shards to have perma stats. I believe a person was gloating that they were going to buy 10 of the one that gives immunity to Armor Break. lol, devs obviously thought ahead of that little issue. All the crystals/shards/holos that give temporary attributes are on the same timer.

I can tell you the camping issue was brought up MANY times on BETA. The answer from the devs if I remember correctly was just to fiddle with the spawn timers. Everyone could see this was going to be an issue on Live the moment people knew where to camp for the spawn. It would be different if the robes were a no-trade but that was changed.

Yeah, I like that a player is unable to reuse an endless supply of the crystal buffs altough I would think it should be of the same type and not a generic <crystalBuff>. Either way, it's likely to get adjusted when someone is capable of finding time to code in a percise buff specific timer.
