I made my preorder through Lucas Arts website, before it went on the launchpad, butafter the preorder rewards were promised.

I looged in yesterday, and got no chance to receive any reward. I used the /claimVeteranReward command, but nothing. I didn't logged in before at any other server either, that was my first connection after downloading the expansion.

Another friend of my guild is in the same situation, although he preordered through the launchpad, so it seems LA site is not the issue.

Anyone else is having the same problem ? Anyone fixed it ?

It is assumable that this product will only supply the required bonus items through a pre-order before the 24th of October, only through the SOE webstore. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thx for your quick anwer Bishop, but as I said, another friend of mine did it through SOE store anddidn't get it either.

A guildmate had a problem with getting his. He logged out and back in, nothing. He even tried /claim but it only asked him to claim some of his veteran rewards, not his Mustafarian rewards. BUT there was the problem. He had to claim all of his vet rewards BEFORE he could get his other rewards.

I have 4 toons, of which I preordered with my two main toons and neither had a problem, I used the Launch Pad Pre-Order.

Good point Neomonk, that fixed the issue !

I had old rewards to claim, once I did, I got also the preorder rewards.

yesterday i looked and looked for my E-mail that i thought i would get activate toOW but when I went over to my alt I was able to get my stuff. If I pay for 2 toons why wouldn't I get the rewards for each of them. anyways im going to hound them till I get what I paid for.
