Items And Loot Archive

Ok, I quit SWG last October and I came back because WoW Sucked... I was told that I can get all my items back from my houses. That they would pop back into my inventory? How the hell does this happen. It hasnt happened yet. I submitted a ticket and prior to re-subscribing I e-mail SOE about this and they said they would come back... Any tips???

You are SOL buddy if you have items destroyed in a house they are gone,I had three of the hero quest items destroyed in my house and now the quest is unfinishable to me because I cant redo it because I have the badges for it but no items I sent a ticket and they basicly told me I should of been more responsible and places them somewhere same and told me that they cant do anything about it nor want to that its my own fault.So I am about to quit this game for good for the disrespect from the CSR's I recieved.

So you lost the items because the house ran out of maintenance? Or they simply disappeared? If it's the latter, then explain to a CSR in very careful detail exactly what happened. If it's the former, then tough luck and make sure you keep your houses topped up with cash at all times.

Try to remember that CSRs get masses of tickets every day that simply say "OMFG I have loads of cr*p in my bank/house/satchel and now it's gone, get it back for me!!!!111" A well written ticket, with proper punctuation and no spelling mistakes will help a CSR take notice of your ticket. After all, whose ticket would you be more inclined to respond to; the one that has bad spelling all the way through, no punctuation and no detail. Or the one that has been thought out and carefully typed?

2 things:

1. you dont need the items from the hero of tat quests to complete it.

2. you CAN reset tatooine and restart from scratch.

no crap... im sayin if u have crap in a HOUSE thats destroyed... home owners insurance

Where did you guys get the idea that he destroyed them? I thought he meant that his maintenance expired. Just curious as my subscriptions runs out in about a week but I plan to come back after "beta" is over..

Well... my friend came back after his house was destroyed and his items popped back in his inventory so I assumed thatd what happened. You know I wish you could have insurane in SWG (optionaly of course)

Ummmm...actualy, if you go to a clone center, you can insure your stuff.
