where do these loot... i dont feel like walking around with acrap weaponsmith made one... so where can i loot a 1-3k max damage one? anywhere in there i dont care as long as it beats my crappy 380 one

Just about every kind of NS drops lances, good luck finding one with that high damage though

TryProtectors, and Spellweavers. I've gotten 523 max damage LVAs off of them. Never got an exceptional though.
