Thread: Anti-Decay Kits on 0 Cond Items

With the new Anti-Decay Kit changes.. being that it now restores items to full condition... does this mean it will restore an item with zero condition? More specifically.. a looted belt that has 0/1000 condition.

Just making sure before I destroy something.

wont restore the dmg probably
