Well if a CA or AA or a weapon has mods on it that is something like this:
+6 resist intimidate
+3 unarmed dmg
Do both apply or is it just the highest one of them (in this case intimidate)

Only the highest. If there are mods equal on the same tape(like +6 wep exp and +6 def vs kd) then only the first listed will stick.

I have heard however that if you were to put that tape into a piece of clothing with def vrs intimidate higher then 6 then the second mod would take. I have not tested this and do not know for certain.

in the case of a CA or AA, only the highest mod applies, if there are two of the same value the one in alphabetical order applies.
IF for any reason theres already a mod of higher value than the one that should be transfered from the CA/AA, the next one in value (or alphabetical order if mods are the same value) gets applied.
In the case of if a mod is on a weapon, then all mods on that weaponhave there effect(if the mod itself works).
