Thread: Why Does SOE NERF NERF NERF

hey everyone, i have seen the horrible loot problem lately have you noticed?
they take our solo groups,so now we cant make the money to pay for the pearl/hammer/mando suit.
they then take away our pearls and crystals who make people money from the people who need said items.
now we are faced with a problem the only class to get enough money to get the weapons/pearls/ items
IS bounty hunter,so now you gotta hunt your customers so you can get pearls/crystals cause your weapons get torn up on the Krayts you fight.
So once they find out you are hunting them to get said weapons for your pearl hunts,well now your outta business 
well HMM so you stay BH and loose all your friends cause the only way to get what you need money wise is to get a character who can make a million in 1 day :/
just looks like a HUGE NERF TO ME
instead OF starwars its BountyHunter For PC

Perhaps its to stop PvP from becoming a 'whoever is richest and can afford the best gear wins' competition?

I do agree that the nerfing is hard to cope with, but I think its challenging to rise above
whatever hardships they impress upon us. In a way, the Empire is not truly the top
oppressive force in the galaxies, and its always been up to the players to find some
way of coming out on top.
I think that the nerfs that are the hardest to cope with are the accidental nerfs, that
come out in the flawed programming. When loot ceases to drop, when spawns are
absent on planets, warping, dissapearing etc. These are the things that are hard to
deal with.
I think what needs to be addressed to the developers is not the fact that solo groups
need to be re-established, its that mission payouts need to be raised to fit in line with
the Galactic Economy. Their original intention by removing solo groups was to cut
the flow of credits into the economy, and control inflation. While inflation has been
controlled, the prices for many things in the economy still are in line to people who
benefitted through solo group grinding. So in effect, nothing has been changed, its
just made it harder for a lot of players, especially new ones.
There are lot of changes coming up, and a lot of changes have occurred. I think that
a lot of things will start to make sense later on when things have calmed down in the
economy. When the combat upgrade comes, i think that it will finally put an end to
the solo missions (there are ways around the solo nerf). Maybe after that things will
start normalizing where they should be, at least in terms of credits.

yes it is but they NERF constantly NERF CH,NERF solo groups,NERF bio eng, NERF TKM,oh wait DONT NERF TKM, NERF TKM AGIAN,
this is thier pattern, i dont need a uber saber to pve but i am forced TO PVP, if i could just pve i would,BUT they NERF PVE loots,MAKE krayts 10x more powerful, and they dont fix the little important bugs in the proffessions?
i am just stating a fact i want everyone to be equals and for all of us to have a equal chance at fun,whatever your fun is.

What you call nerf some call balance, many may not like it but that's the way it goes. On a side note I don't like the fact that they just "nerfed" loot without mentioning anything in the patch notes. That's what gets me the most, when they change somethingwithout telling us, youall know damn well the devs know about theloot changes since the patch and we have heard hardly anything about it.We aren't stupid, and it's not hard to tell if something isn't looted what it used too when you've killed 100s and 100s of something looking for it.
