anyways, all resists should be 80%, except for stun will will either be 40%ish or none depending on the type you want

Indeed it is, I stopped playing a few months after release because of lack of money to pay the monthly fee and it was cutting into my grades badly, then I completely forgot about the game, I resubscribed a few days ago and bought the expansion too.
That should explain why I asked
.
Thanks for the answer though, is that Sliced or Un-Sliced though?

sliced, you should get 90% kinetic for pve, 35-45% stun (depending on server) for pvp.

It all depends on what you want it to do for you. If you are wearing it to PvE against MoBs, you will want either 80% kinetic resistant composite or a sliced set with 90% kinetic (max it can have)
Lately, I have been hunting Krayt dragons (who hasnt) and since all they do is Kinetic, I (my alt) made 80% kinetic composite with the base resists being ridiculously low. I used the expirement points in lowering the Encumbrance of the armor so its not as heavy to wear.
My guild has been doing a bunch of Deathwatch Bunker raids lately, so for that I made 80% kinetic, 80% energy, 80% electricity, 70% base resist composite armor, as the Death watch NPCs only do energy and kinetic damages.
Those are 2 examples of what can be done with Composite. Go read up on the armorsmith forums, figure out what type of Composite you want to use and what fits your needs best, and either go look around your server's armorsmith vendors or peruse the trade forums to see who crafts what you are looking for.
Good Luck with your armor, and even though I dont know you, its good to see you return to the game
