I looted a clothing attachment with no attributes off a Tusken...does this happen frequently? And is it good for anything?

I have looted countless ca and aa that were "blank" from aaukians on Talus

I have not found a use for them and they get deleted on the spot.

It is just depressing to see it in the loot window and to turn out blank

They do not do anything.
