Just wondering if the Proton Carb has a lootable schem? If so where can it be found?

I have 2 Carbs but would be nice to get our guild WS to craft em maybe with a Krayt tissue enhancement lol. Seen some amazing high damage carbs out there so I am thinking it is craftable?

The Proton Carbine is a reward for a quest for the human wearing wookiee armor in the Ryatt Trail. He's on the right side, just past the hut with the trail master.

It is not a loot schematic, at least not yet. Hopefully many weapons will get schematics in the future once everyone that wants RotW has it so they don't need to worry about all the non-buyers getting the weapons.
