Welll... i had a belt with +6 2h speed, so i found another mod with +7 2h speed...I put them on the same item...and well the +6 went away and it only showed the +7...Do i still get the benefit of the +6? I know the higher mod cancles out the lower but these were from two different AA's...

Working as intended, not broken. It's not SOE's "fault", it's your "fault" for not knowing how the system works

I was told the onl time the highest sticks is when theyre on the same attatchement, not when their on different ones.

yes the same attachment u put them on i.e ..piece of armour...belt....not the attachment itself
