I apologize if this question has already been asked and answered.......Does it exist, how do I find it........Thx....

I don't think there are any DoT (damage over time) weapons left after the CU. They did exist pre-CU.

There may be a small possibility of DoT 1-handed swords (fencers get bleed attacks, so it would sort of fit with their role), but I wouldn't count on it.
