It's the reward for completing the second part of the secrets to siren gcw quest. It's just a decoration and it looks like the same water pipe that's in Jabba's Palace. Other than the fact that they're a limited schematic, I wouldn't put to much value/time/effort into one.

I beleive its a smuggler draft schematic. I saw one on the galaxy bazzar for like 5 million, and then one for 5-10k. So who knows.

It decoration only.

I think there was a NPC in or near the Bestine cantina that would give out a mission that also got you the schem for this, but it's been a long time since I did it. Maybe I'll have to check again this weekend

I just wish we could get the damn thing to work. I know my character would like to toke up, pop a couple hits of Pixie, and rock out at the cantina.

Imagine that a Shisa (when loaded with a crate of spice) gives 10, 1hour highs of whatever spice is put in.

Yeah, the NPC names "criminal" gives it out as one of the random rewards. But it's not a schematic, it's a finished shisa. I like the crafted ones though because you can name them what you want. I'm at work and can't look at the actual name, but I think I named mine something like "Spice Bong of Happiness"

Its a decoration.. by the looks of it something like a bong for spice but i could be wrong.. you get it for completing "secrets of the Siren" quest chapter 1 or two

You get it by completeing Part II of the Secrets of the Syren story arc.
