i heard you do a mission to get one, and you can keep re-doing the mission, but where does the quest begin for it?

I went on a wild goose chase for these a few weeks ago and nobody could tell me where to start it, or what to do.
So, that said, let me direct you to a page that was extremely helpful.
Cries of Alderaan (Final chapter)
Scroll down the list until you see "Cries of Alderaan". If you're a rebel, choose the rebel link. If you're imperial, choose the imperial link. If you need help finding a factional coordinator - although I think they're listed - use the search feature in the menu and look up the coordinator for your faction. I'm fuzzy on the details of the missions now, but just read the instructions carefully and you can't miss. You'll end up with more flora than you know what to do with, if you have the patience to keep re-doing the missions with all that travel.
