I already have access to Jabba's Palace for doing his theme park. What would using this document do for me? I heard that it allows me to travel with my ship there. Is this true?

Ok I did the mission for the valarians to get the forged document to get into jabba's palace. But I cant get past the first area. Is there anything special I need to do with this to get it to work? Have allready signed it.

And here I was planning to do the whole theme park to gain access ... AFTER getting the document, that is. Does anybody know if they're transferable, and if so, would anybody but another SA pilot care?
