Items And Loot Archive

I've done all the quests for the Geonosian locked up in the Wookie village, and now I'm supposed to be able to get my new mount. But I've gone to the Geo Lab on Yavin IV multiple times, and I only get the "Examine" option on the box, but no "Use" option. The quest shows up in my datapad, and I have tried re-talking to the Geonosian on Kashyyyk, but no luck. Has this happend to anyone else? Is there a workaround? Am I borked forever?
