AV-21 is a multiplayer vehicle and is ALSO as fast as a Swoop, Jetpack, and BARC. So this thing is not only the fasted MP vehicle, but also the fastest vehicle period? Good idea 
Even if they somehow "forgot" about the AV-21, its still going to make every single other MP vehicle obsolete. Why they keep making stuff better and better than the existing stuff is beyond me, people would use this thing if it was just as slow as the rest of the vehicles simply for the coolness factor and the fact it holds an entire group.
Frankly, I could believe the skiff is the fastest vehicle. Think about it. It doesn't have much greater mass than an AV-21 from the looks of it, but it almost certainly has much larger and more powerful engines.
I'm looking forward to this sucker. Should be fun...but watch out on the streets. Those things are BIG. Try not to hit the jawas...much.
