Uh oh don't read my thread asking why we need to pay for 1 new semiplanet called an expantioneven though we pay a monthly fee!

Would make the game more fun if I knew I would get a good loot if I spent the time trying to get a specific loot i want. Just now I could spend 5-6hrs and not get anything its sooo random. Then the next time I spend 5mins and get 2 of somethign ok, I say ok because nothing great drops for anyone.

Makin BH get good loot is a great idea, Im all for it even though I aint got a BH, but now please SOE help all the rest of us get cool stuff we need or can sell. With BH loot weknow you are skilled enough to change loot drops on NPC's so please do it for all NPC's!The more loot the cheaper it will become!

I think SOE needs a good smack in the face then all fired. Cant they see by the boards how many are leaving the game? Look at all the "leaving the game sales". They dont give a crap about the fact we pay for the game and its expansions, plus a monthly fee (lets not forget the downtime) and without us, they wouldnt have as big of pay checks. They only care for Jedi's. Thats it. If you dont see that, then I have a bridge to sell you, PM me.

You can look across the boards and go 30 pages back and see the endless list of broken this and bugged that. Things that used to drop no longer, mostly due to their mix up and lack to fix it. Not everyone that shells out money for this game is interested in being a Jedi. And sadly to say, I have heard several say they wish they never were, its dull and the fun is going out of it since they are a dime a 12pack now.

And yes, they only push new expansions for sales, like every company. EA Games did it with its Sims Online and that game was HORRID. This is sadly becoming the same way. Not to mention Sims Online FORCED people to HAVE to work together or you would be worthless basicly. Hummm seems the same is going on here, Was there a buyout of EA Games and SOE i dont know about??

Also, dont hold your breath for any help. Tickets after tickets can be sent in with generic replies. Or messages that say your bug is fixed and after going back to your mission, to find it STILL bugged. CSR's are as worthless as a looted CDEF Pistol.

So many things are messed up with this game, sadly im sticking around because i gave Booomer so much of my time. And SOE money. The cost of things keep going up while it gets harder to make money. 9k a mission....WOOOOOOO JOY. Get bucks for average people. But then, hold be back, you become a BH now and wear your 8k armor, your 2500 PSG and load up your sliced and PU'ed uber super trendly overly priced rifle and loot a CA FOR JEDI'S THAT SELL FOR SOME UP TO 25MIL. Give me a break. So then the Jedi that are by far the power in SWG go out and camp and loot massive items to resell for 10, 15 and 20MIL + to go and buy them 25MIL CA's. So there. The Jedi is happy they are STRONGER now to go after more higher end loots and the BH is happy they made 25MIL off of a mission that took all of 15min or less to do. Hummmmmm. What am i missing here? Did i become Helen Keller?

What this game lacks is content. If i want to do quests, i have some options: Noob Quests that dont give items or rewards that are wrth 500 credits. Uber Quest that you need 5 or more to tag with you to help you do 30 running around missions and then battle some uber man that gives your item to you. Sucks to be one of the helpers that wasted so much time and not have that quest. And its sick that most the new missions HAVE to have a space part. Much like not everyone that plays like to fight, but not every likes space. Hell, space sucks, thats why its with the RoTW expansion now. Give it away cuz they couldnt sell it.

If i want to go out and make credits the old way, running missions. I need to find creatures that dont argo and spend awhile picking each one off....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz then suddly one day I finally kill the lair and get 9k. OR just get in a group of mostly lower lvls now and take even longer because everyone has to get a buff, forgot this and that, has to wait for a friend, goes LD and that just makes it longer and then suddly one year, the lair is killed and i get 9k. Weeeeee let me do about 127858584 more of these and i can go and get a stupid 80MIL jetpack. Or let me spend 20MIL on a CA that gives me + this and that (that will soon be gone ones the clothing is trash). Hummmmm what other way to make money....

Let me craft and start making money that way. OMG yeah right, and the fat lady just sang and on her final note, pigs flew out of her, well you know the saying. If you are going to be a crafter and want to make any type of profit that will set you in the higher spending family, you will waste time on most professions. Who cares who build your home, or made your green and brown duster. I dont care who makes someones Swoop nor give a hoot to where someone bought their ruby or furniture. Unless you are an Armorsmith or Weaponsmith and the BH's friend the Droid Eng. you are wasting a monthly charge. But say u are one of the AS, WS or DE, you still need to have UBER resources to make the best of the best that people actually want. I wouldnt buy a chest plate that is 6k energy protect when i can get one that is 7800 and for the same cost, or sometimes less (fingure that one out). So you need OQ SR, UT, MALL, and others of 900+. Well good luck finding any spawns around since a smurt if born before a good spawn comes out. And when they do come out, you are SOL in space cuz some jackass has 35 ber 13 extractors covering the entire area where its a high %. Ok so I really dont like to waste more time flying around a laggy overly infested planet to search and search for a place and pay for fees and then get power and blah blah get attacked cuz SOE thinks that a lair with 100 pikets is funny. Im just going to buy my resources. HA HA HA HA HA HA better go someplace and buy credits cuz you will need MEGA BANK for all the certain resources you will need. Ok so unless you been in the game for years or can spend the money on credits to buy what you need, crafting isnt it.

So now what do i do....I can only move and decorate my home so many times. Since we have the same designs for the past 2 yrs and VERY VERY POOR selection of furniture style, i hate doing that now. And the only things that sets your home off from someone else, is what UBER loot is displayed. Zzzzzzzz much like every sims home looked the same due to the lack of content and style in the game. Again, was there a merger?

The cities used to be fun to hang out at. The Cantinas used to be full of entertainers that were talking, docs sitting around with groups waiting to be buffed, groups getting missions and people shopping. Med centers used to be full of docs to be. Now, you go and its noob city. Lvl 1's asking for money. You want money noob, become a BH or Jedi. Or when you are a Jedi, make your Alt a BH so you get the best of both worlds. Dantoonie MO is the only busy place around that i see, and the lag is horrid (kill the spammers!!!!). Cantinas are usually dead, med centers dead, just empty buildings with a few toons here and there. So sad.

So whats left in the game to do? Most the POI's have been seen, and were not worth seeing to start with, covered missions and crafting, making money and home decor....well..shoot guess the only other thing to do in the game is hit the disconnect button.

If SOE would see that we are here and have things to say. Are ticked off at the bugs and the lack of contact and help, many would cheer up and maybe come back to the game. This is a very easy plan for the DEVS to work on:

FIX THE BUGS FOR MISSIONS/ QUESTS ONCE AND FOR ALL

FIX LOOT DROPS AND RATES SO ONE ITEM ISNT WORTH 50 MIL AND HAVE A SERVER COUNT OF 4.

FIX THE LAG

ADD CONTENT THAT NON JEDI and NON BH AND GET

and the best one of all...

LIST TO US, THE PLAYERS, THE PAYERS.

Oh and i have to add that still the save password to log into the forums has yet to work LOL.

Money is easier now, if you group as you are supposed to in games like this. It's the point of an MMO to play with other players. With that said, for the times you cannot find a group, you can more than pay the maint. on the structures you can keep on your lots and still afford to buy things even if you are slow at soloing and only make 20k per hour. It's slow but it IS indeed possible.

Secondly, as a BH people need to stop crying about our loot. Until you have PLAYED a BH toon you do not know how much loot we get and how long it takes to get it. If you are thinking that I just go run mission for 30 minutes and I find loot worth 30 million you are wrong. Finding an SEA currently can take upwards of 20-30 missions. And the SEA you get is like all others, randomly generated. So it could be utter crap, or it could be amazing. The majority of all BH loot is smuggler slicing parts, anyone that says otherwise is lying to you.

SEA's drop off of MANY things in the game with a wide range of modifiers. It is possible to get everything that a BH can get with the exception of two weapon enhancers that drop about every 100 or 150 missions, if your lucky.

On the subject of crafting, my alt is a Master Artisan/Master Droid Engineer and makes about 3-5 million a month making all kinds of things. Powerups, droid batteries, repair kits, vehicles, vehicle customization kits, droid customization kits, various types of droids, etc. I sell about as many regular droids as I do BH droids honestly. Crafting is slow and very competitive on many servers, but this is effect more by the fact that 50% of the players on some servers are Jedi and don't NEED a lot of the supplies we can make. The only solution to that would be to lower the number of Jedi which isn't going to happen because all of them would cry more than they already do.

They keep adding content to the game all the time, but unless it has some sort of uber reward nobody wants to do the missions and those that do hardly every pay attention to the story line. Have you done all of the stuff on Kashyyyk? Did you read the story, I mean do you actually know why you were doing the things you were doing? I'd be willing to bet most people did not.

Content takes time to add and a lot of people. It also requires approval from Lucas Arts because they have control of the direction of this game. It's far from an easy process.

I understand your frustration with the game, trust me I do. I'm pretty burned out on things at the current time as well. By the majority of that blame is on the players of the game, not the creators. Nobody can create a perfect game that will keep you busy for years on end. You will eventually do all of the missions, gather all of the loot and build up a ton of resources and/or money. The end game is what you make it, but eventually you will get bored most likely. It's the way every game ever made works, eventually you are simply finished with the game.

If it's bothering you that much, maybe you should go play something else for a while. Go run missions with groups for a bit on Dantooine or something where all the FS/Jedi people are grinding XP. Get enough money to pay up your houses and everything for a year and then take a break. Go play another game, read a book, fix up your home, visit friends, take a vacation, anything.

As an alternative you can also try making a toon on another server. One where you don't know anyone and don't know how things are played there. Since meeting fun people and hanging out is the purpose of games like this, it's sometimes fun to start over. Heck, for a fee you can move your toon from one server to another so you don't even have to start over if you don't want to.

You could try and find a group of role players on your server or create a toon or move a toon to a server that has role players as well. Just some ideas.

I'm not trying to tell you how you have to play your game, and I'm not trying to flame you or insult you in any way. Just pointing out that missions actually pay better in groups now, BH loot is hyped up to sound better than it is and you can find other things to do if you look for them. Take the advice or leave it, makes little difference to me.

Actually the method you speak of is the tragic mess of a once great system. Get in a group to get higher paying missions then everyone did their own. No fuss or muss. No waiting for people or having to run and save a lvl 10 from a piket. Just you and your mission. Killl and bank 30k. That was nice. not this 9k crap now.

No flame taken. But its just a little hard to find quests that are loaded with bugs. To many times have i gotten far in a quest only to have to ditch it for a few months because the DEV's cant fix it. And why cant they, it seemed to work fine before. And no, i havent done all the missions on Kash, much like the quest to get into the Hunting Grounds, you need to go to space. Sorry, the space part of this game is horrid. Space is usually dead, meaning no other players around. There isnt a reason for JTL but the free travel.

And as for the story line. I did read them once i started the game. But as time went on, the stories really lost my interest. But as of no, i do read through what the NPC's tell. I pay attention to what i need to know. What needs to be done to finish the mission and move on or get my reward.

Its just as much fault i will say for both the DEV's and the Players. Its the players (AS) that had to bump 30k deeds to 5mil plus, when just a few months ago, selling for 500k. Now if there was a realistic spawn system set up, there would be more HQ reaources out there. So that once the crafter makes the item, they dont need to price it for $$$$$ more. Im not saying make all the resources spawn uber, just a little more then once in a great while.

I tried to do CH once. Lord wasteful. BE's can make pets better for battle then a Ch can tame. So there isnt a profit in that. Their only role is to tame a bird type crature that a BE cant make, and is usually over lvl 10 so a non ch cant use it. Plus the ch xp was crazy slow to get and i dropped it.

I just recently gave up AS on my other toon, for the fact that i spend most time looking for cores or some resources that are just a little better then what i have, but what i can still afford. To much time, no money since i cant fight with the big wigs with all the deed resources.

In the process of dumping Master Arch. just of for the simple fact is lame. I can make a grey counter like 1000 others can...weeee. Last of contect and style for this prof bad.

I was a chef before the CU and MTK. I made bank then. CU hits and poof goes to crap. So now im suck being Master Rifles/Pistols/Marksman with a pop up every 3 mins asking me to respec. Sorry not till jedi, and i thought clicking later ment LATER, not to be pestered with it every 3 or 4 min's.

I have been taking time off from this game, I went to Sims 2 where the only player is me and its not SOE related (but i wonder).

And i would leave the game for a while, pay up my house, but who will give me the 180 bucks to pay my account for a year?

*sigh* every time i log in the game i have high hopes of having fun, but within 30 min's i find myself flying around on a swoop going no place special or staning in my tent.
