Yes, sometimes if you find the rare nice and helpful CSR they may be able to get the item back. But most likely the CSR will tell you something along the lines of "you destroyed it, so it's your problem". That's usually how they reply to things...

good luck in getting them back but i doubt you will. since you have to click confirm destroy they will probably just say you should have been more careful and looked at what you were doing.

I remember accidently destroying someone else's item. I was slicing a weapon for them, and just as I was about to slice, I hit a lag spike and hit "destroy". I paniced and thought I hit "cancel", but I must've hit "accept" and the weapon poofed.

Luckily it wasn't a rare weapon or anything, I believe it was a vibro knuckler, and I just didn't charge the person for the slicing of the other two items he'd given me.
The CSR didn't help... said that I should've been more careful.

I accidently destroyed a Pre-CU saber with 2 premium pearls in it. Sent in a ticket and the CSR told me, basically, Too bad So sad. But I sent in another ticket and the CSR was very helpful and restored everything. Then I changed my settings to verify all deletions.

Lol, First of all I'm happy to see that I'm not the only one destroying chit! Second the CSR's got it back for me!!! No questions asked and he was very pleasant about it... Good job DEV's......
