I just thought I'd provide a warning for other as this has just happened to me
The names of the vet rewards as shown on the web site do not always tally up with the names shown in claim window (specifically the terminals). This has resulted in me ending up with an item different from the one I wanted.
Customer support cannot/will not (delete as applicable) exchange an item despite the fact that the web site is misleading
Just another 6 months to go before I have another go at getting the right one......

Which did you get, and which did you want.........and what server are you on? Maybe put a message up for a trade, or sell it, and buy the one you wanted in the first place.
I got the Holonet terminal, which was correct in the screenshot provided.

I've resigned myself to being stuck with the terminal (same as a PA managment terminal) but if anyone on Eclipse wants to trade another reward for it I'll consider a trade.
Would be nice for either the web site to be correct and/or the claim tool to show you what youre looking at!
