Can someone pls point me to a post or give me a run down onALL the rules/tips when applying CA's to clothes and AA's to armor? Pls include Bio-Clothes.

I tried to put a +5 ranged defense/+4 unarmed CA in my Gloves which already had +7 ranged defense skill mod in it. Now I have Gloves showing +7 ranged defense and +4 Unarmed.
