Just got this as loot somewhere on Endor. Under the description it says

"A wealth of human and alien expressions for use by travellers across the galaxy. Written by Ebenn Q3 Baobab"

Now, what struck me as odd is that its a top level inventory item only. Can't put it in anything. I tried dropping it on old Q3, but he didn't want it, nor would he talk to me (I've already made the Gungan a Jedi).

Anyone seen this?

Indeed it is, and a fun book too.

"Tonta tonka" Huttese for "Tentacles up!"

Good stuff

Yes... it's hilarious when people turn to their friend in game and say, "hey, teach me all the languages again, something's wrong", or get angry because you won't speak galactic basic. Pfft.. Chowbasso do Tatooine, ootmian!!

Actually, I've used the real-life phrasebook _a lot_ in game. I've created probably around 20 aliases for common things to say in-game.

It's wonderful when someone thinks there's a way of "learning" huttese in-game.

If you're an RPer, you can't go wrong with this book.

And Stormtroopers don't understand "d'emperlio stoopa!" (mis-spelled, don't have my book in front of me)
