It's real Canna. DJKs don't drop em tho



And yeah it's Plasma Thiefs , and ithink you can get missions for 'em. Although they infest the northern plains ofNaboo so you shouldn'thave any trouble finding them (on a server reset day /sigh).

I looted about 10 of em off a Plasma Thief spawn outside Kaadara (sorry if i misspelled) for a Chief-friend
