I dont beleive that its lootable. Its one of the many items we want, but cant have yet

it was supposed to be part of the loot revamp...but the schematic on TC never worked

I found a rug in the Bestine Capital Building, It's Clickable, but I dont think that it's lootable,

I tried 10 times to get the clicky to work, I cant get it to work for some reason.
