Thread: What's a good armor set for a pistoleer/scout?

So that I don't have to sacrifice TOO much of my secondaries, but can still have moderate defenses for when the mob gets a lil too close?

Ubese- good light weight, and you can find 70+% Kinetic protection, great for hunting, which is what I would guess a scout would be doing. It is super light weight, and the jacket covers the upper arms so you don't have any added encumberance from thoses pieces. Only drawback is it is low protection against other types of damage, so it isn't the best for hunting humanoid NPCs.

80% composite with full buffs. That is good armor for anyone.

Can someone answer the same question for me. but i'm a wookiee. do the different wookiee armour make any difference??I've gone Pistoleer because i like getting up close but want a more star waries prof (dont really think Melee is very star wars like + i've got a Master Swordsman character as well).

Don't forget of 65-67% energy PSG. It can save you sometimes, and save your armor also as it takes first damage. I wear good - looking padded 75-79% kin 50% base+ 67% en PSG. It's good for hide harvesting and so

Actually if and I say if, your server has a real real good specialty armorsmith you can get 80% Kinetic Padded with descent resists to all other skills. I got a suit for 50k more then a full composite suit on Tempest. These suits are really rare because they are hard to craft, require a lot of good resources and aren't as popular as composite.


Its usesless for pvp but it has a low encumbrance and when used with an energy adk psg you should be fine against anything ingame that doesn't wipe out a stun weapon.


I have also seen uber bone armor.
