Only Binyare's drop these? And is it a certain type of Binyare?
The drop rates seem quite low.

Sometimes there is a low lvl spawn spot just outside of dearic that will spawn them. It's just accross the river west of town. Two nights ago it was Binyare but last night it was a higher lvl chunker.

I got about a dozen blue wiresfrom the static pirate spawn near dearic about a week ago.

Go to the Binyare POI on Talus. There are three Hooligans near the entrance. Camp one of them and you should have 6 or 8 Blue Wiring by morning. I've only seen the Blue Wire drop from Hooligans. The spawn time was about 5 minutes last time I was there.

these are quite rare indeed. i have been going in a circle to 3 binarye static spawns and the POI and havent gotten a single one yet. i have assembled another set of heating elements however in the provess. that should accurately illustrate just how rare these lil things are =)

Still no blue wires... im hitting both Binarye and Nym now. Ill be interested to see how long it takes to get 3 of these babies. Anyone have any other tips for good spots to find these loot items? ill keep ya posted if i have any luck...

There is a static spawn of 3 hooligans outside Dearic about 300m on the bank of the river behind Starport. The spawn does rotate to differenttypes of NPC's. If they aren't there keep checking back after server reboot. Today I got 6 blue wires in 30mins.

Alrighty, finally got my blue wires! woot! I tried finding a static spawn around dearic but no dice, it was always chunkers so i had to camp the Binarye POI. After about 5 hours of tedious "at the keyboard" looting there i finally got my 3 blue wires. I slaughtered countless Nym previously and do not think they are not dropping blue wires, imho. Just wanted to give an update... =)

Still no Blue wires for me, but I did get my first Heating Element .. WOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the tip, Bushy. On Sunrunner today after the reset, there is indeed a spawn of 3 hooligans where you said they'd be 300m or so in back of the starport. I now have all the blue wiring i'll ever need. Now for spinner blades, heating elements and agitator motors.

You didn't get any heating elements at the POI? I cleared out the inside each time and ended up with a few heating elements.
