OK i have read that there are blakc suns that drop JP bases and BH armor on rori... are thos just random spawns or do the ones from that mansion and bases as part of the secrets of syren quest drop them too?

I've seen both drop off the BS at the mansion (Syrens quest). Just don't have any idea whether the drop rate is any better than with other Black Suns.

What about the small base thats also part of the secrets of syren quest with the low level BS... do they drop em?

Yes dummy! I got my baseat the pretty gardenand a BH bicep. This was just before pub 24 mind you and the repawn rate has been altered so they dont respawn as fast.

I feel sorry for the people that have to do the quest and have to wait for two respawns to complete it.
