if an aajuan ring drops to 0 condition does the +5 ranged def mod still work?

I've never tested this, but from what I've been told, ALL mods still work on clothing even if the condition is 0.

Both my Aakuan rings have 0 condition. The ranged defense mods DO still work.

works for some ppl..but not all...i had 2 rings hit 0 a while back and lost the benefit from the mods.

could be that it's bugged and they're working at 0 again.
