I swear once i saw a piece of clothing with +5 Terrain Negotiation. I wanna say it was like a AT-AT suit or something similar...but i cant be certain. Also needed to know if it had additional sockets for extra skill tapes.Any help would be appreciated.

One of the rewards from the rebel themepark is a B-wing flightsuit with +5 to terrain negotiation. I don't believe it had any sockets. I'll take a look around and see if there is an imperial version as well.
update
The Tie Pilot Survival Suit and theAt-At Pilot Survival Suit each have a terrain negotiation mod of +5. These items are received after the completion of certain missions at the imp themepark.

You can also get"Travel Biscuits" which add to Terrain Negotiation. It's an artisan food (so not all chefs may be able to make the best, since some only take the Dom Arts branch), and gives roughly +15 or 16Terrain Negotiation (if the crafter uses a BE tissue). This does not require Novice scout to gain the benefit, TN is a passive skill, so you handle terrain better without having to execute any /commands learned from a skill box.
Oh, and I seem to remember hearing that the "B-wing flightsuit" (rebel pilot reward) gives +TN.

Hey, you aren't the artisan corrispondant. You only get to talk about foods from novice chef up.
