Not much use for the HDVM's since all they do is add some condition which is usually not worth the extra work of having to handcraft the component and the vk, especially since a bad slice just means a bad weapon that will last longer. The High Powered Vibro Motor is useful since it adds max damage, but the other loot ones that decrease speed or increase wound are not worth keeping.
