High powered VK motors are used in making Vibrolances , Vibro knucklers etc. I sell those for 10k ea on my vendor as weaponsmiths use them to enhance damage on thier weapons. Resilience compound is a combat medic med component, not sure value of those.

Those are looted items from Lok, they used to fetch alot of money but since Nightsister motors (most of the time) are truly a better option, the price has since gone down for those. Now, if you had perhaps +30s or so, the will fetch a pretty penny 8)
