I have been trying but i can't find a guide or something as to how this is put together....

I would like to know how to go about it once i have all the pieces... furthermore what pieces do i need. on some sites i see that it also needs the binary liquid but on others i don't see that as a requirement. Also, do i need a DE to make it? or can i assemble it??? Thank you for any help
