Any one know where a static spawn of "Citizens" on Naboo is? I heard they drop Palm Fronds, but I cannot find any. Perhaps the person was talking about plainsfolk or hermits or something?

I believe they meant "commoners".

Where on Naboo can you find "commoners"? I looked in every city yesterday and only found a total of 2 of them.
